He brings extensive experience working with leading companies and research agencies to create client-centric strategies for sustainable growth.

"John's unique mix of experience working across the enterprise, market research, and software spaces provides a perfect foundation for his role at Infotools," said Ant Franklin, CEO of Infotools. "Three decades of experience conducting research programs in more than 70 countries gives John a depth of expertise that is hard to match. Top that off with his ability to easily connect with people, his sense of humor, and approachability; he is the ideal person for this important role. We are absolutely delighted to welcome John to the Infotools team."

For more than 30 years, Bird has worked on both B2B and B2C research programs within the consumer packaged goods and technology industries, including Frito-Lay and PepsiCo. "I'm so pleased to be joining the Infotools team and excited to have the opportunity to help build their business in North America," said Bird. "Their combined services and software offerings, plus experience working with both large corporates and research agencies, aligns strongly with my background. It's the perfect platform for me to leverage my unique understanding of data and how different organizations use it to make decisions, solve problems, and find new opportunities."

Bird holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He will be based in the San Fransisco Bay area.
