Join us at the Festival of #NewMR 2021
Infotools Executive Director Geoff Lowe will be joining a panel to talk about key issues and trends facing insights and market research at the 2021 Festival of #NewMR.
There have been some major changes in the market research industry over the past year, as priorities change and expectations accelerate. Speed, accuracy and holistic insights have become even more essential, and it’s time that insights professionals meet these demands head-on with better approaches to connecting, analyzing and sharing data.
Infotools Executive Director Geoff Lowe will be joining a panel to talk about key issues and trends facing insights and market research at the 2021 Festival of #NewMR. During the Futuring Friday - APAC session on 16 April at 3 p.m. Sydney time, one of 12 sessions throughout the week, Geoff will take the virtual stage with Sue York of The Research Society (Australia), Vanessa Oshima of Heart Data (Japan), and Navin Williams of MobileMeasure (China).
With APAC well-represented, the speakers will be addressing specific opportunities and challenges in the region as well as what’s happening on a global scale when it comes to insights. Geoff will be making a case for the research industry to start to break out of old ways of doing things. With a perspective that spans more than 30 years in market research, Geoff has a unique view of how the industry should be transforming in the face of today’s demands.
You can read more about his thoughts when it comes to modernizing market research, pursuing genuine innovation and being brave enough to seek better ways of doing things. The Insights Association has published an interview with him, called “Hey, market researchers, it’s time to be brave,” where you can find out more about generating real value in the insights space.
The Festival of #NewMR has been a staple in the market research industry since 2010 and, unlike other events that have recently been forced to move online, this conference was virtual from the start. Serving the entire globe with sessions in various time zones, the Festival features “the best thinkers and presenters from around the world.” The full program, which runs April 12-16 and encompasses seven total webinars, can be found here.
Registration is free! We hope you’ll join us for Futuring Friday - APAC on 16 April!
