Chris is an experienced finance executive, having worked in senior commercial and finance roles across the technology and FMCG sectors. He is passionate about leveraging commercial insights to develop a deep understanding of the business’ performance and to ensure a successful implementation of its strategy.

Etienne is a passionate and diversely skilled ICT manager, who has been working in IT for more than 18 years. Responsible for internal infrastructure and users, Etienne ensures that we operate safely and securely, whilst trying to find new ways to operate in an ever-changing world.
Geoff has been involved in consumer insights in various ways since 1986. He is driven by the vision to help researchers realize the potential in the data they're collecting. He believes knowledge is power, but shared knowledge is super power!
Horst is a passionate research professional with more than two decades experience in market research, marketing, and business consulting. He is actively involved in the research industry and is a sought-after conference presenter and contributor to industry publications.
Since joining Infotools in 1996, Janine has been passionate about understanding the individual needs of clients and designing innovative solutions that enable clients to efficiently find and democratize the insights hiding in their data.

Stephanie has over 20 years of generalist HR, organisational learning and development experience. Having worked in financial services, local government and corporate travel, Stephanie is well-practised in the art of balancing great employee experiences with sound commercial outcomes. She is an advocate of life-long learning and making sure that everyone at work loves what they do.
For more than 30 years, John has worked on both B2B and B2C research programs within the consumer packaged goods and technology industries. He has a unique mix of experience working across the enterprise, market research and software spaces and has conducted research programs in more than 70 countries.
Aubrey Burke
Client Engagement Manager
Aubrey has extensive knowledge of research tools across the insights process: discovery, experimentation, and commercialization. Before joining Infotools, she served as a leader for both agency and corporate insights teams at companies such as M/A/R/C, Porsche and Georgia Pacific. Aubrey is based in Atlanta and works with Infotools’ U.S. clients.
Wisam is responsible for the continuous improvement of our solution architecture and design. He ensures that we meet customer needs and push the envelope when it comes to innovation and technology.
Michael leads the marketing function at Infotools. He brings to the organization and our clients a wealth of curiosity, a passion for insight-rich storytelling, a deep interest in the world and how it operates, a pragmatic mindset that focuses on meaningful outcomes, and a genuine love for connecting others.

Andrea has a broad spectrum of expertise in the insights world, having previously founded and run market research consultancy THINK – Research to Results for many years. Most recently, she was Head of Research and Insights for Ovato printing solutions, providing insights to publishers and media companies.
Terry brings 30 years of research and data experience to the table. He loves working with Infotools' clients, helping them find new ways to apply data to business decisions. Terry is passionate about research and enjoys connecting with the curious, creative and innovative clients and colleagues of Infotools.
