About Us

Since 1990, Infotools (Information Tools Limited) has been helping our clients get more use and value from their investment in consumer research.  We have built long term relationships with some of the world’s biggest marketing spenders. We’ve earned a reputation for proving database services and software that add real value to market research.

We combine data design and software development experience with ingenuity and a can-do attitude. Having our headquarters in New Zealand has contributed to our innovative spirit – after all this is the country that introduced the world to bungy jumping, jetpacks, and atomic physics (thanks to atom-splitter Ernest Rutherford).

Infotools services are used in over 110 countries, where we deliver our database and data visualisation services to marketers and researchers alike.   And to support our clients, we have around 140 employees and a global network that covers six continents.

Our Style

We like to think we’re a little different!
We operate in our own space and we make sure we do a good job of it. As far as we can tell – and we’ve looked all over the world – no other company makes consumer research and other marketing data come alive like we do with our unique combination of services and tools.

Many of our clients have been with us for more than a decade.  So along with being friendly to work with, we reckon we must be providing a good service, too.
